Welcome to the SAFE II Project Website !

The SAFE II project stands for Sexual Awareness for Europe: ensuring healthy future generations who love and care for each other.

SAFE II aims to enhance the SRHR of all youth across Europe through better co-operation among EU countries, co-ordination among agencies and harmonization of public health policies, health promotion strategies and programmes.

The project builds on the achievements of the SAFE project (2004-2007) and it sets out to provide an overall picture of the patterns and trends across the region in order to develop new and innovative ways to reach young people with sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) information and services, and to inform, support and advance policy development.

SAFE is an initiative from the IPPF European Network (IPPF EN) in collaboration with 14 IPPF EN Member Associations throughout Europe and 10 collaborating partners.
